Hello everyone!! I was just informed of myfitnesspal today on facebook by a friend. What a world of difference to use this tool! I have been doing things manually and it takes up so much time in comparison to this. This past Saturday I started a body fat loss contest at the gym. It is different than just losing weight because I have to make sure I am losing body fat and not the muscle ect.. I am up for the challenge and welcone any ideas to help me win this contest!!

Hi Mary. You are going to take first place!!!!!!! Stay in the public eye and let your support network know about your goals. My secret is counting the calories. I mean really counting them All the way down to the 1/2 tsp of creamy sweet butter that is spread on toast. Count it all. I may sound like a repeating record, but it worked for me in the past and will work for my 2012 goal.
Got your back. Stand up on that stage and hold that 6 foot body fat trophy high and over your head!

thanks for the tip!! yes that taste of this and taste of that can really add up!!! its a challenge to take out butter,sugars,creams for coffee ect but it gets easier with time and determination0
