Not new but now motivated!

I have been using MFP for a while and find it quite a useful site. My problem is I give up too easily....I love food and white wine!!! I do try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week. But I definitely take in more calories than I burn.

I need online friends to chat with and help me stay on track....without having to give up all the things I love!!!

  • I understand completely! I am back on track and love white and red wine! I am trying to go walk or run as a stress reliever instead of have that glass of wine. I will let you know how it goes. :)
