Back on fitness pal and need support

i was on here before I got married and was doing really good I lost 40 something pounds in the last 4 months I've put 20 of that back on so I'm ready to do this again I need to lose 60lbs to get to my goal weight so w a little pushing and support I know I can do it :0)

    Good for you! I am back too after time off. This is such an easy way to keep track of what you put in your mouth. I know I must write it down because we all fool ourselves into thinking we aren't eating as much as we are. Nina

    I am in the same boat. I started in September/October and then when the holidays hit and work got hectic, fitness and eating went down the tube. But its a new year. I plan to stay on track this time.

    I'm also coming back, I was 150 lbs, I went down to 140, but now I'm again in 147lbs. This time I am trying to be consistent and exercise regularly, for the rest of my life!
