how tall are you and what is your target weight?

5' 6" and 149 or less

5'10" and 160

5'7 and 165

I am 5'2" my thinest weight was 119 < pre child bearing years> that was way to skinny.. my ideal weight for me is 130-135 anything below 130 i'm looking a bit "boney" I try not and let the "charts" make me feal bad.. I would look horrible if I was at the ideal weight "they" say I should be

5'6" and currently 156lbs. Short term goal is 145 but eventually would like to be 130-135.

I'm fun sized (about 5'2) currently weigh 195-ish and want to be around the 100-110 mark when all is said and done.

5'3 Target weight 130

5'7" 145

5'7, 125-130

5'7" and my current goal is 145.

I might make it lower once I hit 145 or I might focus on strength and flexibility training for a bit once I get there.
