i'm new and need accountability.

I'm new to the "friending" part of " myfitnesspal". I have kept track of my calories for over a year and have lost 80lbs. I recently with the holidays have gained 15 back and I'm on a mission to get them off plus a few! I'm a busy moma and hairstylist with not alot of extra time, so I would love some tips on how to get moving in a pinch. Thanks! :flowerforyou:
