Here we go again!

Last year I lost 20 pounds and am slowly gaining it back. At my age it gets harder & harder to loose and I NEVER stick to anything for very long. I even bought a Norditrac elliptical (was not cheap), took the recliner out of my room and put the elliptical in it's place so I would have to "look" at it every day and still have made excuses not to exercise. Hopefully this site will help me be more motivated to eat right and exercise....uummm the chocolate ice cream in the freezer is calling my name....I haven't even made it through one day yet......HELP!!!

    you can do it-this site is a great tool to weight loss, everyone here is very supportive-good luck

    You can do it. I stared last week again for the millionth time in my life. I have done so well with tracking my food and workouts on here! My goal is to lose 60 ponds and I am down 5. Key I think is if you slip up don't feel bad just stick to it. You can do it! Good luck and keep me posted!!
