Hi, I'm new- looking for friends :)

I used myfitness pal about a year ago but deleted my account- now I'm back!
Add me for any reason- I don't have any friends on here yet :/
I'm not going to give out much personal information publicly, besides my stats: female, 5'2, 111 lbs. I live in Virginia. Goals: lose about 10 lbs of fat (I'll decide if it should be more or less after losing some), and gain all or most of it back in muscle. The "plan" I'm using is mostly common sense backed up by scientific proof- healthy balanced diet, small calorie deficit for fat loss and small surplus for muscle gain, weight training, rest and recovery, etc. I'm much more focused on life-long health and fitness than quick results.
