Is the Shakeology or Recovery Drink necessary if doing P90X? Is there something equivalent you'd recomment i.e. less expensive?

    There are many other Shakes out there that want to be competitive with Shakeology. The only area that they may beat Shakeology is in the Cost. NOTHING out there Compares to the Nutrients that Shakeology offers, so with the Cost of Shakeology at about $4 a day as a Meal replacement, you can't compare to what it delivers in my Honest Opinion! I have heard of a few people that stopped using Shakeology to use another Brand of Shake for awhile, and they actually Got close to Deathly ill. Completely Stopped using the other shake, and have gone back to using Shakeology because of the Bad experience with the other shake that mad them sick.
