Feeling the difference water weight makes... awesome!

Hi everyone! This might sound kind of weird but I thought I'd share.

A few months ago when I first joined this site I made sure to start drinking 8 cups of water every day. This was actually a huge change for me as I rarely ever get thirsty and was previously drinking maybe only 2 or 3 cups a day. After a few days of drinking the 8 cups (and peeing constantly, haha), I woke up one morning and just felt different. I couldn't figure out what it was at first, but after a while I began to suspect that I actually felt lighter, like I could feel the difference once I lost the water I'd been retaining for so long.

Then I got too busy with the end of the semester and I stopped being healthy for a while :blushing: Fast forward to a couple of days ago when I decided to get back to it. I've been drinking the 8 cups a day again (and again, peeing constantly), and today I swear I can feel a difference. When I lift up my arm or whatever it just feels lighter. That may sound stupid; it's kind of hard to explain.

But, I'm not complaining! It feels pretty awesome to know that something so simple as drinking more is paying off. I don't think it's in my head, because I haven't noticed this when I lose weight from dieting and stuff... only when I lose water weight. Anyone else experience this? It's an awesome motivator!!

Yup! You're not crazy, it's true, you do feel lighter! Sometimes I can fluctuate up to 10lbs in water weight (gotta love TOM...lol)! So when it comes off it feels great!!
