Hi
so the title pretty much covers it. I am a sporty young woman but one who likes her food and hasnt heard of moderation or stopping when the biscuit tin is half full.
Following an accident my exercise has reduced and so it is even more important i watch my food.
I woke up on my 27th birthday in tears as i hated what i saw in the mirror, hated the fact the efforts of the year had been lost again in a few months of laziness.
I want a lifestyle change and want to be able to stay in control instead of yo-yo-ing all my life.
I need help and motivation!!!

Yo-yo is my middle name. Only I wish I would be as bouncy instead I'm just wobbly. Even yesterday I overdid it with food. Cooooommmmeeeeee ooonnnn
