Sore Muscles

Hi, I've been exercising and I've noticed something: My muscles from the right side of my body are sore like hell. Like, I couldn't even finish my workout yesterday because it felt like I had pulled my right abs. It always happens like that. My muscles from the right hurt like hell and get pulled often, while my muscles on the left are always O.K., even though I exercise symetrically (as far as I can tell, at least). What could it be? I'm about to cry from the pain.

If your right handed, then it could be that your right side is working more than your left side. While I was biking the other day I notice my butt muscle on my right side was getting sore. I figured it was due to my right leg was moving faster and working more than my left side. So the next time you work out pay attention to how fast your right side is moving compared to your left side. Hope it helps!0

Make sure you're warming up and cooling down. I always find stretching before and after helps too. How much are you working out? For me, its best to work out every other day, that way it gives my body time to recover.0

Hi! I'm left handed (my whole body is a lefty, actually)
I work out everyday, six days a week as of now.0
