    Great Job! Here's an observation on your point of I suddenly realized you were 320... I told my wife this, and she couldn't comprehend. Maybe I'm nuts, but, let me run this by ya.... I never really noticed I was gaining weight until I saw myself in a picture. The mirror doesnt really help for some reason, and I didn't have a scale.. I didn't get there overnight, and would occasionally have to go up a size in clothes, but, it was gradual enough that I didnt think anything of it. Is that kinda what you meant , or, have I lost my mind?
