Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips
Let's do 150 of them.
Make sure we are focusing on correct form here as it is more effective that way.
The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.
You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 150 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

I am in for modified version. I hurt my wrist yesterday and per doctors orders I can't put any weight on it for awhile. I will do tricep extensions with weights for my other arm. Thanks Charger for keeping this up for all of us!!!0

I tried, but couldn't finish. It took a while to get the proper form down, but once I did, I was really feeling it! Thanks for teaching me a new exercise though.0
