Hello! Happy New Year! I'm fairly new to MFP. I've "played" around the site prior to Thanksgiving, but then threw caution to the wind for the holidays and I felt like CRAP!!!

I'm determined to not feel that bad anymore. It's not fair to my children and most of all ME!! I know I'll struggle with will power. I love my sweets. I'm hoping that posting on this site will make more accountable to myself and the MFP community!

New Year New Attitude for ME!!

Wish me luck!!

  • Hi! Happy New Year to you too! I've fairly new to MFP as well, but I have used Weight Watchers in the past, which helped me lose 15 lbs. So far I've gained 3 back over the holidays, which i definitely want to get off ASAP! But along with that, I'm trying to lose around another 10 lbs by spring break!

I'm trying to use all of the tools available on MFP and take advantage of them! Good luck to you! :)

Good luck! I too joined several months ago and didn't make any progress due to my lack of determination. So a few weeks ago I decided enough! There is support, accountability and knowledge on MFP.
