that's the best i can describe how i feel.
i need to ramble about this to people who understand me, and won't think i'm "anorexic" because i want to watch what i eat.. so hear me out, give me your best advise, cuss me out, call me fatty,anything it takes to MAKE SURE I CAN GET BACK TO THE BAD MAMAJAMMA THAT I USED TO BE!
THIS WEEK WOULD BE MY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY WITH MFP!! woohoo!! I was soooooo motivated, and doing so darn good for a good 10 months straight, lost some weight, got in shape, was a layer of fat away from having a six pack.. then I got all lazy and unmotivated in octoberish cuz BF got a new schedule, and i kept saying "when he goes back to regular schedule, i'll go back to mfp" then it turned into not logging my food, then to going to the gym on the weekends only, and then to eating bad in the evening, then never going to the gym, then never eating healthy and now i dont even know what MFP stands for.... MY FAT PRINCESS??? MORE FRENCH PHRIES??? MENUDO, FLAN Y PAN??? ugh...
Its gotten so bad that i dont even know how much weight i've gained... ya know why??? cause i lost my scale... yep.. I LOST IT.
sigh.... maybe i should find it so i can realize that i gained 10000 lbs and probably try to lose it.
My fitness buddy didn't exactly fall off completely, but we both said we'd get 100% back on track in January... but i made chicken fried steak last night, then brought it for lunch, and i did not go to the gym. like.. that's not cool. right???
feel like i'm starting allllllllllll over again n i dont wanna!

Canface first of all you're awesome girlie. I'm glad that you NOTICED that you've made some mistakes (guess what? we all do) and now you've noticed and you're gonna correct it immediately or I'm gonna kick your butt my kick boxing, zumba dancing extraordinairre.

Canface, first....stop beating yourself up. I doubt there is anyone on MFP that hasn't "fallen off the wagon" and had to start over. It's frustrating, disappointing, and depressing but it's a fact of the battle of the bulge.
You know what you've done wrong. You know what to do right. Take one day at a time and start back on track. It will once again become a part of your routine and you will see the weight come off, your energy and confidence go up. Good luck!0
