I need LOW CALORIE recipes for things to make in the crock pot! 
I will be having surgery in late January and I want to make lots of low cal food ahead of time so I can freeze it.
Low calorie is important because I will be sedentary post-surgery for at least 3 weeks. I don't want to gain weight!

there's a great thread titled what's in your crockpot....If you look that up, there's a ton of low cal recipes on it.0
