Just started using the site and so far I think it will really help me stay on track. They say that keeping a daily diary of your food really ups your chances of success...hope so! :) For some reason keeping track on line seems to be easier than writing it down for me.     welcome aboard! I agree. tracking like this is not really in my nature, but I force myself, and it really helps me to be more aware of the choices I make. we'll see you around!!

    I feel the same way about counting calories online...especially once you get your routine down and get used to it. It is as an important part of my daily routine as brushing my teeth now. I just do it. No biggie! :wink:
