Hey everyone, just thinking about loading some new music to the ipod and trying to get some good tunes to really get me in the mood!! The mood to work out that is so dont be going stray on me here..................well, hell go stray too if you like!!

    I also have some old mixes from DJs in Chicago that get me going.

    I usually look to see if there is a remix or bass version of the pop songs I like
