i like to do cardio everyday for around 1 hour - this consists of dancing games for the wii, , i just love to dance!
i also like to do zumba for wii, and i used to go jogging around my town 6 nights a week. i dont like having rest days. as much as its important to recover muscles n whatever - i start to feel lazy if i have rest days lol! i will pig out if i have rest days and i wont be able to get out of it for a few days. i stopped my jogging at night times as it got tooo cold and horrid weather - im hopeing to get back on track with the jogging soon as it really helped with my thighs.
whats ur excercise regime? do you just do anything that you feel like doing? or have you made urself an excercise calendar??

For 2012 I've started the following regime:
Mon, wed and fri: bridge to 10k and ChaLean extreme
Tues: a HIIT, turbo fire work out, jillian michaels DVD or a run
Sun: walk or another cardio DVD.
I rest on Saturdays and Thursday I'm in college, so that's a rest day too!0 -
Cardio for an hour every day I can... In addition to cardio daily, my goal for 2012 is to do yoga Monday, Wednesday, Friday and whatever DVD workout I want the other two days (probably 30 Day Shred or a P90X video).0

ideally I run for an hour walk for an extra ten min.
If I am not feeling it though like it is my TOM I will run for 45 min or so and ride a stationary bike for the rest of the time. Or if I am sore I will swim for the hour instead or do wii fit.
Right now I no longer have my Wii with me so I am doing the UFC trainer on PS3 and will do zumba soon
but, I still use running as my main source of exercise. 0 -
Lift weights 4 days a week, for 1-1.5 hours. 2 days lower body, 2 days upper body.0

I just got a treadmil so I work out on it every day for one hour and then in the evening I use some hand weights while watching tv. My question is when you add your workout on here it adds the calories that you burned to your total. Am I supposed to use those calories to for meals? Because I have been and have lost not one lb. or inch. So wondering if I am doing something wrong. And I am eating healthy foods.0

I just alternate days. I do cardio and focus on my heart rate and endurance one day, then do more muscle toning/weights the next day. We also try to walk as a family several times a week

Right now I'm still limited on what I can do with my lower body because of a sprain and small fracture in my ankle, so that's why you don't see heavy leg days in the following.
Monday--Heavy Upper Body Weights, Recumbent Bike, Stretch
Tuesday--Shadow Boxing Drills for Cardio, Pilates for Upper Body
Wednesday--Moderate Upper Body Weights, Recumbent Bike, Stretch
Thursday--Shadow Boxing Drills for Cardio, Pilates for Lower Body
Friday--Light Upper Body Weights, Recumbent Bike, Stretch
Saturday--Abs, Total Body Pilates
Sunday--Rest
Oh, and physical therapy for my ankle. Once I can put weight on it again then I will adjust my workouts and add in weights for legs and more variety to my cardio and stretching. Right now, though, I have to limit the time I spend standing on it so I can't do much for it with having to be on my feet a lot starting next week for my internship. My internship is in the hospital where they did my x-rays, though, so I'm sure I'll be doing a lot of cardiac monitoring behind the desk and not as much standing while talking to patients doing their cardiac rehab at least until I'm up for it.0 -
