Body ache after flying: workout or rest?

Hi Wasn't sure under which subject to post this....so I chose the Fitness and Exercise...lol
Yesterday I flew from San Diego to Honolulu. Normally I make it a practice to walk about the plane, but yesterday the plane was PACKED and there were children running up and down the aisle so I just opted to stay in my seat...bad mistake.
Since I got off the plane I have constant back (shoulders, upper and lower (especially lower)), knee aches (kinda feels like my IT band...?) hip, arms....ach...I just feel like I got punched up and roughed up.
My question is....do I rest until the aches go away? or would working out help?

P.S. not to be an alarmist...but should I be concerned that my body hurts so much?0

how many hours were you flying - 1 or 2 shouldn't be an issue
did you have enough to drink?
5 hrs cramped - maybe you just need rest0 -
I'd do a light workout, if you don't feel better it maybe something else!0

Hydration might have been an issue. I bought a bottle of water, but I didn't finish it. :-(
the flight was about 6 hours.0 -
I would work it out. Sitting in one uncomfortable position for that long is miserable. Drink lots today and workout at least a little.0

I would call the Doc tomorrow. For sure. Just in case.
did you work out? how did it feel?0 -
Yea....I'm thinking one round on the zumba wii should loosen things up....I hope...it just is so achy!
I'll get started on trying to get more water in me as well!0 -
I would try drinking some water, soaking in a hot bath, and THEN see how you are feeling. The water and soak might help ease the kinks. After the bath, if you aren't feeling better I wouldn't workout. However, I would do a slight warm up and then stretch a bit (warm up your muscles a bit first BEFORE stretching, else you could cause damage) in order to prevent further stiffening in the morning.0
