Is maintenance really harder than losing weight?

Is it? If so, why? Should we all be afraid? LOL

I think it depends on how you go about it. I lost 75 lbs about 8 years ago but wasn't all that healthy about it and when I hit my goal I had no idea how to stay there and gained it all back. This time around I'm much more aware of what I eat and I'm eating healthier so I hope I can continue along those lines when I reach my goal. Hitting the goal doesn't mean it's time to start eating like I used to. That's what got me in trouble originally.0

Don't be afraid - it's not harder, but you do have to keep a little bit of focus going.0

It does seem for me.
Might have a lot to do with all the stress in my life at the same time.
But it seems like everyone is tempting me more, there are more negative comments about it.
I sometimes get tired of eating healthy and it's a downward cycle.
In my situation, I think it's support.0 -
