First off... I would like to say that I am writing this because I was so thankful to everyone who wrote them in the beginning of my journey. There were so many times that I wanted to give up...but I didnt. I would come onto the message boards and hope to find a before and after that gave me some inspiration. Thankfully, I always did. i prayed for the day that I could post pictures and people would be able to see a visible difference. I can see a difference in myself, so I hope that everyone else can too!! I wouldnt be the girl I am today, if i would have given up, so I am EXTREMELY thankful that I didnt!!
I hope everyone the best of luck in your journeys!! I hope that you lose weight, gain confidence, and become everything youve ever dreamed of!!

    You are wonderful! Amazing... Such an inspiration to me.. Love the before and afters... My weight this time last year was 182, I am starting this year at 152, but would like to get to the low 140's.. Thank you for the pics....

    congrats! and thank you so much for posting! It is inspiring especially to me because I think your before pictures look very similar to mine. i am 10lbs down but have been hovering for about 2 weeks there. Would you mind sharing a little about the process you went through. Did you hit a lot of plateaus? how did you overcome them? Any advice you're willing to share would be wonderful!
