I made a dinner tonight that was yummy and very easy. Also really low cal and properly combined (if you're into food combining like me)...
Yukon gold potato medium, cut up and boiled, topped with 1/2 small avocado, 3 teaspoons salsa, and some nutritional yeast (tastes like cheese) - this is totally bursting with flavor and really comforting.
I also had some green beans lightly sauteed in a little coconut oil, and seasoned with garlic powder and sea salt.
Really good, filling, lots of flavor. Enjoy!0 -
