Losing 80 ish lbs mom of two

I've been using MFP since November, and have so far lost 9 pounds. I am looking to lose all the weight I've gained since I had kids. My kids are 6 & 3, and before I was pregnant with my first, I had lost 80 lbs. Now, I've gain most of it back, and have two little ones to watch after.

I'm looking to lose about 70 to 80 lbs. I look forward to everyones tips, and hope I can contribute a few myself.

    my tip is just to have a healthy lifestyle! its no longer a diet if you do it all the time! if its bad for u, get rid of it and replace it with something better! like turkey instead of beef. or skim or soy or almond milk in place of 2%, or dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate, light yogurt instead of reg yogurt...u get the idea lol...and always make sure you have at least 15 min of active time a day. i know they say 30 min a day but lets be human here, if your a mom, its hard. so at least 15 min. of im sweating my butt off exercise :tongue: ....feel free to add me if u like :wink:
