    Hi! I'm new, too. I stumbled across this site earlier today when I was looking for the # of calories in 1 tbsp of blanched sliced almonds. Found it - found this!!! It looks pretty easy. I'm sort of combining this with the WeightWatchers points system except I'm paying closer attention to my calorie intake. This time I will be successful! Every year in March there's a marathon in town. My goal is to run in that marathon. This will be interesting because I'm not a runner.
