New Juicer: What's the best way to use it?

Hey all, I just created a new account after deleting mine a few months ago. This isn't a "New Year's" thing but just happened to coincide with the New Year. My friend got a new juicer for Christmas and gave me their old one- I LOVE it already but I wanted to ask everyone a few questions:
Have you found a favorite juice combo?
What's the best most nutritious way to use my juicer? (I'm hoping to actually get the proper servings of fruits and veggies into my diet)
Any negatives to drinking vegetable/fruit juice daily?
Thanks so much, and be my friend if you like! I had some great ones before I deleted... now I'm back and miss them greatly.

I am new to juicing myself and drink a tall glass of mostly green juice every morning for breakfast. My fav combo for the mornings are: spinach, kale, chard, cucumber, celery, carrot and apple. Sometimes I will throw a beet in on occasion but never two days in a row.
I love the way juicing makes me feel! What combos have you found that you love so far?0 -
I've only used it a few times- but I am surprised by how much I like carrot juice with apples, pears or even berries. Kale is a great green veggie that doesn't have a strong taste, definitely a good one!
A green drink every morning sounds like a good idea. Especially since you've lost 70 lbs you must be doing SOMETHING right! Congrats0 -
My wife and I have been using a juicer. We do a mixture that has a lot of kale plus a frozen mixed fruits. This gives us fiber and other good stuff in kale. The biggest negative is the amount of sugar that you can ingest if you add to much fruit.
Kale (to me) has a strong taste and is best hidden under fruit.0
