100 Miles in January!! :o)

Hi all! A few of us completed this challenge in December and I would like to continue it into the New Year! Who's with me? Just log all miles each day (running, jogging, walking, biking, elliptical; swimming; rowing...whatever!) and keep up with your total (see example below). We'd love to have you join us. Good luck!

**Example**

12/01: 3.5 miles running; 1 mile walking; 3 miles elliptical
12/03: 1 mile walking; .5 miles swimming

Total: 9 miles
To go: 91 miles

    I am interested- I am doing a program for a 10k right now that only has me doing the run 3 days a week with cross training on the other days, so I wont have miles to add in every day but I could put my workout of the day maybe?

    I'm in! I started it last month but had to quit a couple weeks into it...too many hectic things going on. I'm really looking forward to this. Thanks for continuing this!!!

    Can be any type of mileage exercise...walking, elliptical, swimming, number of steps on a pedometer...anything! :)

    I wish I could track how many miles I ran playing tennis today! (145 minutes!) I'll try to get some mileage in tomorrow...:wink:

    2nd jan = 6.1 miles

    total so far = 8.3miles

    I am in!! This was really a challenge for me, but made me focus more on my cardio!! I did the 100 which I never thought I could do. I lost extra inches in my thighs due to the extra miles!!

    5 miles on bike...1/1/12
    5 miles on Bike...1/2/12.......10 miles done.....90 to go :-)

    Can I join in? I did one last month which was 50km running and it kept me going. 100miles is a big increase but I'm planning on doing an indoor tri in March so this would get that jumpstarted!
