So many of my family members who know how much I've lost weight last year, got me chocolate and sweets for Christmas. To bin or not to bin? Should I give them to people or is that bad as I'm encouraging them to eat unhealthily.

I actually asked my mom to stop sending me sweets and junk food. I think that is perfectly okay. Your family loves and supports you so just explain that you want them to stop sending you things like christmas sweets

    ...

except candy canes of course (my one christmas sweet I can't get enough of)

Yeah we have a sin bin so to speak at work where a few of us have brought them in for other people, it makes the ones trying to lose weight happy cause we get rid of the temptation and the people in work happy to eat them :)
