Lentil & Veg stew
I throw everything in the pan and boil for 20 minutes (using red lentils) and add harissa paste if i want some bite

Grilled chicken salad
-Grilled chicken strips
-Mixed greens
-Light Italian house dressing
-Apple slices
-Shredded cheese
-Additional vegetable, if you want (grated carrots, etc)0 -
this recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare. You can store in fridge and just remove 1 chicken fillet and grill or dry fry it as you need it. Delicious with a tomato and onion salad.,
Moroccan Chicken
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 tbsp olive oil (omit if you wish)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons reshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts (4-6 fillets)
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Add chicken pieces and coat with marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and chill from 6 to 10 hours.
Heat your grill on high heat. Grill chicken breasts on each side until cooked through. Take caree not to overcook as they can easily dry out especially if you omit the olive oil0 -
