I'm new and today I worked out 30 minutes at Resolutions Fittness Center. You work out on machines and do the stepper and change to a new thing every minute for 30 minutes. My heart rate was up and I was sweating! Question is.......was that Cardio or Strength when I go to list it?

If no weight involved its was cardio0

If some of the workout was weights, but you got a cardio workout, I'd put it under cardio as circuit training.0

Thanks for all your help. It is under "Curves Circuit Training". This place isn't "Curves" but works the same way.0
