Eating Plans

Hey.. So I struggle to get a decent eating plan together that fits my budget and one that is easy to prepare. I don't enjoy cooking and find it difficult to stick to my diet if it requires working off recipes and so forth. I came across this PDF the other day whilst browsing the web and wanted to know if you think it'll work? Seems reasonable to me but I'm not sure?
I'll be surprised if this works.. EEK

AHHHH.. I'm trying to make it bigger so you can actually see whats on it. SORRY
Thats the best I can do..
So basically you're meant to eat one meal out of each column every day and do some exercise.. Seems easy enough0 -

I would like the link to this site as well. I would be interested in checking it out as I have a hard time with my meals also.0

It looks like a sensible enough plan to me. It does contain several recipes, but none seemed difficult to prepare.0
