What to eat!

Hey guys! I'm all new to this but I need your help! My limit is 1200 calories a day but I love my Italian food and cheese! Is there any recipes you know that I might be able to adapt into a healthy living diet something delicious yet easy to make? I'm willing to try new food and I'm not that fussy! Any recipes would be appreciated!
I'm also 20 and live with two others and it's my job to cook so it has to be enough for 3 and we don't mind the whole left overs next day

You could try squash spagehti or using rice pasta instead of regular pasta. A lot less fattening. Good luck!!!!0
