I have now lost 29 lbs., can run 0.6 miles at a 8.5 min/mile pace and hopefully by this weekend can run 2 miles without stopping. Since I have joined MFP I have lost 13 lbs and 5 inches off my waist.
I have plans to run a:
5K in July
10K in September
1/2 marathon in December
When I get to 145 (within normal range for my body type) I plan on going to maintenance calories and work on more muscle and endurance. Reading the forums every day have helped keep me on track. Thanks.
