Hi all - New to this site thanks to a friend. I plan on keeping a close eye on my journal before I really set goals.

Boy do I need goals. ; )

    Just take it 1 day @ a time & don't get fustrated if you have some setbacks! Set a goal & you will amaze yourself w/ the results!

  • I believe the key is believing in yourself. It gets easier to eat right and excercise. I have been doing weight loss since January and now eating right and excercising is habbit. You Can Do It!!! You just have to believe.

    HI, Julie! Welcome! This site can definitely help you with journaling...calories, exercise, emotions, etc. It's a great place, jump right in! :smile:
