What are your rewards?

I'm still new to this so I'm not yet at fitness nirvana, where you exercise cuz you can't think of anything more fun. I need some rewards for meeting my intermediate goals (each 10 pounds is what I'm thinking). I know my big reward at the end is going to be some hot and pricey jeans in my new size...but what about in between?
What were your rewards for each goal you reached?

Reward yourself with small things...Small rewards for small steps that lead to bigger steps and won't break the bank....
If you are a female: reward yourself with something from Bath and Body works--to me this is a reward because the shower gel is $11 and the lotions/body mist are about the same. Or buy some OPI nail polish (about $10).
Male or female goal: that bottle of cologne that you want--if you complete the goal then treat yourself to the cologne.
These are treats because you can get shower gel and nail polish cheaper than that. The treat has to be something you would not normally purchase (like $10 nail polish).
Everytime you shower or spray on that cologne do your nails etc. you will remind yourself that you can do it...0 -
My intermediate rewards are meant to pamper me: facial, manicure/pedicure, dermabrasion, new sun glasses, new exercise clothing.
My husband is planning a reward for reaching maintenance and it involves airline travel, destination unknown!0 -
When I hit the 80lb mark, I got some new ink that I had been wanting for a while... Other things I've rewarded myself with were new shoes, new workout clothes, a manicure.....0

25 pounds: a YMCA membership, which is helping me get to goal!
50 pounds: a Roku for my bedroom, just so I can lie in bed and watch netflix
75 pounds: not sure yet
Goal: not sure yet0 -

Not exactly the same as what you are asking for, but I started a "reward jar" for myself. Every time I exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes, I put a dollar in the jar. By this summer, I hope to have enough saved for a girls' weekend with my best friend at a swanky spa!0

Here are my rewards:
25lbs – Reward = Massage
30lbs – Reward = New Shoes (maybe some sexy pumps)
35lbs – Reward = Facial
40lbs – Reward = Dye my hair
50lbs – Reward = New Designer Dress (preferably something spring-like and sleeveless. That would be new for me)
60lbs – Reward = New Swimsuit
While I'm only looking to drop 50lbs I stuck the 60lbs reward in there for a little more motivation. Who knows maybe when I get to 50 might want to work for that swimsuit.0 -

Oooo I like this idea - great to see the jar fill up and think of the hard work you put in!0 -
Right now since I fell of the wagon Im rewarding myself every week to get motivated! Usually I motivate myself with things to better my appearence that will in turn boost my confidence =D Ie: Tanning, nails, clothes... I usually reward myself if I stay under calories. Never reward with food though =D
Good luck!0 -
This may sound kind of OCD, but here is my plan:
Every week, I determine what I have to do to earn my $10 weekly reward. This week (since it is the first week), I am rewarding myself if I follow my food plan 100%. I can use my $10 for whatever I want or I can save it. After I get the food thing down, I will add to my reward requirement with exercise requirements. I also have goals for each milestone (25 lbs, 50 lbs, etc). But I have made a list of things that are motivating to me, not all of them cost much money. For example, I like photography, so I will reward myself with a photography trip to a local place. It's more a recognition of what I have done (while including outdoor activities) than a particular tangible reward. I started making a list of things that would be motivating to be or things I would like to be rewarded with, and found ways to fit them in.0 -

Seriously, I haven't set up and specific rewards, just seeing the numbers drop is reward enough for me. But ths idea...the reward jar...that I like...0 -

I think I may use this one - I currently get a pandora charm from the other half for every stone lost but if I did a bit of money for every workout I could maybe add a few charms!!!:happy:0
