I'm considering getting one of these. Does anyone have any feedback on which one is better and if they really do give a more accurate count of calories burned daily?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Really I think they are almost the same, just Bodybugg is affiliated with 24HR Fitness (or was) and BodyMedia is the private consumer one. I think mine is accurate - I can eat what they say I burned and not gain. Studies prove they are pretty accurate - less accurate for the morbidly obese, but most of the Biggest Loser contestants are morbidly obese and using Bodybuggs and they lose.0

I have both. Well I had a BB then it broke and I bought the BMF band at Costco last year (it's on sale for $150 right now, with a 1 year sub). I love it! I hate their tracking site, but I use it for seeing how I slept, steps, physical activity intensity, and how many calories I burned in a day. It's really interesting! It's about 90% accurate, so I figure it's closer than anything I could guess (which would be high most likely). For example I started the couch to 5k yesterday; 30 min walk/run: 540 calories! 45 Min of Taekwondo: 400 calories It's motivating to see those numbers and to see how intense you worked out!
It's not uncomfortable to wear, it's easy to use, but it's not water proof/resistant. You cannot wear it in the pool if you swim, etc.
If you have specific questions, let me know, and I'll help you out!0
