left over turkey ideas?

So my dad gave me all the leftover turkey which adds up to quite a bit, plus they don't eat dark meat... meaning I have A LOT of turkey pieces and bits in my fridge... any ideas on recipes? or what to do with it all? lol
I was thinking :
hot turkey sandwiches,
heck COLD turkey sandwiches
I could make Turkey soup
Turkey Stew...

any others?

    Turkey Noodle Soup....it's what was for supper at my house last night. YUMMO!

    I'm making turkey soup with all of the stock I made from my fried turkey carcass!

    Turkey chili, maybe?

    leftover turkey shredded with some sriracha, low-fat cheese and a tortilla (wheat or otherwise) - turkey quesadilla!

    BBQ turkey pizza.

    Turkey stir fry with your favourite veggies.
