Remember that is a minimum and not a maximum amount0 -
jenna- i get a net amount of 160g. thats with ratios set at 40/40/20/ c/p/f. i think if you want to build up some muscle you could definitely go higher than that 90+ starting point

Thanks! I am going to aim to meet the 94 grams at first, right now I am at about 45 grams!!!! (measly I know!)...
introducing more protein is very forein to me!!
Eager to see if I have good results..
I gotta say I am stuffed from my 1 scoop of protein powder mixed with 1 and 1/2 cups water, 1/2 cup whole milk and a tablespoon of PB...! I thought I was going to be starving!0 -

You've seen my journal. I have my protein set pretty high. I'm doing a 40p/30f/30c which puts me at 135g protein. I do not advocate low carb by any means, I just find it difficult for me to get a higher carb intake while trying to keep my sodium low. Lower sodium is much more important for me.
Don't worry too much if you miss your goals early out. I'm just happy to see you increase your protein intake.
It will come with time, but it will be hard at first. 0 -
