So here are some before and after pics of me :-) I may not have had a huge weight loss but I feel totally different! Once I fine tune things I may post bathing suit pics. I'm not sure though the thought is so scary to me.

I hope to be extremely successful with my weight loss goals in 2012. I have completed 2, 5k's in 2011, went Kayaking, rockwall climbing, hiking & biking as well as sky diving, 2011 was an extremely active year for me. I can't wait to see what 2012 has in store for me. Happy New Year everyone.

    Do not ever sell yourself short- any amount of weight that is lost is a triumph! Be happy and healthy in your new body!
