Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge: Crunches

Let's see if we can do 250.

Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.

Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.

You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Will definitely give this a go. Had to skip yesterdays challenge after doing something to a muscle in my left shoulder/pectoral area doing push-ups so have limited movement. Should be able to get through 50...

    Oh dang, read that wrong :P Well, I'll give it all a try.

    I'm in. I've currently finished 150 crunches. Pushing myself for the last 100 + sit ups.
