a good high school friend of mine told me to check this out and so far I like what I see and I am on the road to losing weight and bulking up. one day back in oct I didn't like what I saw in my mirror and got a full year of gold's gym membership as a birthday gift to improve and get in better shape. I am still learning about what foods I should and shouldn't eat and eating 6 small meals a day which includes my pre and post workout drinks. This is a great tool to use to help me stay on track with my goals and see if I am making any gains or losses. You all are welcome to introduce yourself and if you have a suggestion..please feel free to contact me.

    Good luck ironlifter. I also got a membership to my local gym as a gift (christmas). Hoping to lose the 50 lbs I gained from my pregnancy.
