Hey there!
I recently joined MFP because a friend ranted and raved about it constantly so I figured I would give it a try. I didn't join because of New years or any sort of resolutions and what not. I joined because my husband recently left on a deployment and I need to keep busy so time will fly! I would like to be a little more healthier than I am and hopefully lose a few pounds along the way! I genuinely enjoy yoga and some dance, so I this will hopefully motivate me to become more active in it. I also want to be more aware of what foods I'm putting in my body. I'm at a healthy BMI, I more or less just really need to tone up and lose maybe 15 pounds. I set my goal weight to 125 to aim high, but I would be happy between 125-135ish. I guess thats all really!

    Hey Tink - I have about 35 pounds to lose, so more than you, but I used to look like you about 8 years ago! I'd be happy to share with you.

    We are tying for kids when he gets back. I really want to get into a work out routine now and nip it in the butt. I see a lot of people that gain so much after pregnancy because its so much harder to lose when your not in a routine! I'm also 25 now, and I know its about this time my metabolism is going to start to slow down. I think its important to learn to make healthy choices now before its too late!
