hi everyone,

im going to give zumba on the wii a go at work tommorow befor emy client wakes up.
just wondering what do you record it as?? i will have my HRM next time

    I entered it in on my own because there was nothing for Zumba in the database for cardo. I went to a website that told me what you should burn at home on low, medium and high intesnity and I just always use the low intensity burn to not over shoot my burns becuase I am at least burning that.

    The game will give you an estimate of calories burned based on the workout and your details. I just enter that.
