how can i speed up results?!?!?

im trying my best but maybe i need to do more i only have lost one pound in the past week nothing new in todays weigh in. kinda upset but i do kno im watching what i eat more n not pigging out so i guess thats the good part right?!?! grrrr.

    1 lb a week is a very healthy way to lose weight. Keep that mind, know you're not overly stressing your body, and the main thing - "YOU LOST WEIGHT!" Keep doing what you're doing :)
  • im having difficulty too, this week i have joined a gym and ive gone to the gym every day and keeping to 1200 calories a day, low carb high protein and ive gained 700 grams - makes u want to give up! I have never tried this hard before and was expecting a big weight loss, my whole body is aching from all the exercise what am i doing wrong?

    Water retention. If you are not use to working out, your muscles are retaining water in order to repair themselves.

    Take measurements so you can compare that as well as weight.

    There are too many variables at play for weight loss to be linear on a daily basis. It's better to gauge your progress over a longer period of time, not daily.
  • 1 pound in a week is good! Its the healthy way to do it. Remember: slow and steady wins the race.
