help krispy keremes

I just had a sales rep bring in krispy kreme donught. PLEASE SOMEONE STOP ME.
I will not have one , I will not have one. BUt I want one someone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    krispy kremes are the devil! Just remember that they will KEEP YOU FROM BEING HEALTHY!

    Put it in your food diary as if you ate it. Put everything else you plan on eating for the day. Select "Complete Today's Entry" and see if it's really worth it. :happy:

    Do not eat it. Stick a piece of gum or something in your mouth to keep you busy till all the other employees eat them up! Then have your healthy snack! Good luck!
