New here. Doing good so far. I love the food tracker, it has most of the foods in the database. I am currently 5'9 and weigh 226 lbs. My goal is to lose at least 10-15 lbs on my 43rd birthday coming this March. I am taking the approach of calorie restriction (equates to portion control also) along with avoiding sugar, any bread, and white rice. Focus more on eating protein to keep the appetite down and feel more full. Wish me luck.

    Welcome!!!.......You can do it!! You must stay focused and not allow any excuses to get into your head!! You need to take one day at a time...This system works ( I am a witness...) and if you stay true and track all that you consume and even before you consume it you will reach your goals!! ...I too have a birthday in March and I started back in June with a goal to lose 70 pounds by my birthday!!!.....which will put me at 215 pounds with a 34 inch waist!!!( I had a 46 inch waist when I started) You can do it if you stay focused!!! Good luck!!!
