My food diary for yesterday

Many ppl message me and ask me what I'm eating...I don't make my journal public, But I will share what Ieat in a day..most days are the same, vegetables change and protein sources do as well.
meal 1 ...........1 cup steel cut Oatmeal, 1 scoop protein shake
meal 2.......... 7 scrambled egg whites with asparagus and cinnamon
meal 3.......... 4oz chicken, 2 cups green salad incl spinach, 1/2 oz almonds
meal 4.......... 5 oz tuna fish with 1/3 cup black beans and 2 cups mixed veg
meal 5......... .4 oz chicken with 2 cups salad, olive oil flav dressing
meal 6............vanilla greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and 4 strawberries
I also take in a multi vitamin supplement, vit c supplement. I take BCAA as well. I am cutting right now for competition, I do eat more fruit and high glycemic carbs on the off season.

It says that she's cutting, so at 9 cals per gram fat would be the easiest way to restrict cals. She doesn't weigh as much as you or I so there's only so much caloric room on a cut, while trying to keep protein high to preserve muscle mass.looks a little low on fat0 -
Stole the words right out of my mouth!...I do add Flax seed oil to my oatmeal..which I didn't add..but the fat in my diet is very low, my body responds better...i've tried carbing up, higher fats, lower protein...gotta find that click that works for your body, i'm at 10.2% right now,..I'll be around 108-109 for comp at around 6% taking in anywhere from 1250-1500 calories ..I zig zag em...not 20 anymore I need to kick the a** into gear now, where before it needed no help! lol
