    Dude that is excellent! You look great.

    I have a similar goal to you, am around half way there.

    I am currently in a few months long plateau (holidays did not help and I am slipping back into some bad habits though fortunately I have increased my fitness during such period).

    So what I would like to know is:

    1. Did you hit a plateau and if so
    2. At what point? and
    3. How did you overcome it?

    I don't want to detract from your amazing success so feel free to message me if you feel that my qns are taking anything away (and only if you have the time and inclination to do so!)

    OMG I hope you don't mind the comparison, but in your thin photo you look like that guy from Lord of the Rings. You both have similar features, He played Frodo, and I could so google it right now, but I'm tired.
