I've been having a lot of difficulty figuring out what to eat for lunch during the work week. I need it to be something that can stay good from the time I make it (around 6:30) until I eat it (around 11:30). Lately I bring an apple and some nuts, but it's not enough calories! My trainer put me on an 1800-2000 cal/day diet and without a substantial lunch, I simply don't have the time tobeat that much! Any help is very much appreciated:)

Can you take a thermos? All sorts of soups, chili, etc. work very well in a thermos. They also work equally well for hot or cold foods.

Hard boiled eggs and a meal replacement drink. I drink VEGA every morning . You can add water and a banana and it tastes great. I take mine to work and its good because dont have to worry about it going bad.
