In my 20s with 30 pounds to lose!

Hi everyone,

I just joined because I need a way to keep track of what I'm eating. I'm in sales and am constantly out to eat with customers and I think all the unhealthy and mindless eating have lead me to gain 30 pounds. I would like to lose it as well as gain some muscle by working out more.

I know it's going to require a bit of effort and I'm turning to the group for support. My friends are all on the skinny side and I feel embarrassed sometimes talking about my weight struggles. I am open to any friends and will try to support you in your weight loss endeavors!

    There are a LOT of us on here about that age with about that much to lose. You should look in some past posts with similar topic titles and you'll find a huge support group on this site. I turn 21 on Saturday, am 5'1'' and have almost exactly 30lbs left to lose, though I just got back on the wagon this week! Add me if you like!

    About to turn 21 and have at LEAST 30lbs to lose! Feel free to add me! :) I'm a student on a budget with little time to prepare home-cooked meals. I also find it hard to talk to my friends about weight-loss, we can all use a little extra support :)
